No parent in Krimulda should raise a child alone.
We are a volunteer-led association of parents, teachers, social workers and psychologists. Since 2009 we have run parenting groups, youth clubs, crisis counselling and material aid drives for families across Krimulda municipality and the wider Rīga region.

Our mission
Strong families are built quietly, week after week
We believe most families in difficulty do not need rescuing — they need a warm room, a trained listener, practical knowledge and neighbours who show up. Our work is deliberately unglamorous: a Tuesday evening parenting circle in the Ragana community hall, a psychologist's hour paid for so a mother in crisis does not have to choose between therapy and groceries, a box of notebooks delivered before 1 September.
Everything we do is governed by our members' general meeting, delivered mostly by volunteers, and reported publicly once a year.

Recent activities
February 2026
Winter parenting intensive in Ragana
Twenty-eight parents completed our six-evening course on emotional regulation and boundaries with children aged 2–10. Childcare was provided on site by our youth volunteers so both parents could attend.
December 2025
Christmas parcels for 214 families
Together with local farms, the Krimulda parish social service and two Rīga businesses, we packed and delivered food and gift parcels to low-income households and foster families across the municipality.
October 2025
Youth creative club moves to a larger room
Demand doubled in a year. Our Saturday club for 7–14 year-olds now runs two shifts — woodwork and ceramics in the morning, drawing and photography after lunch.
